Defence Minister Rajnath Singh congratulates Esha Singh and Manu Bhaker on ISSF World Cup medals

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh today congratulated Indian shooters, Esha Singh on winning the gold medal and Manu Bhaker on securing the bronze medal in the women’s 25 metre Pistol event at the ISSF World Cup 2026.
 
In a social media post, Mr Singh said that their remarkable performance reflects India’s dominance in shooting and the growing strength of the country’s sporting ecosystem. He expressed confidence that the talented shooters will continue to scale greater heights, bring many more laurels to the nation, and inspire countless young Indians to pursue sports with passion and determination.
