Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal today held a meeting with Minister of Economy and Tourism of the United Arab Emirates Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, along with the accompanying delegation in New Delhi. In a social media post, Mr Goyal said that the discussions involved avenues to further strengthen the India-UAE partnership across trade, investment, tourism and connectivity. The Minister added that the discussions reaffirmed the shared commitment to unlock new opportunities for businesses, enhancing people-to-people ties and advancing the strategic economic partnership between both the countries.
