The 39th session of the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu Program saw Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha once again meeting distressed citizens and addressing their grievances directly. Held weekly at his official residence, this platform allows people to raise concerns on healthcare, employment, and financial aid, with the Chief Minister ensuring swift resolutions.

During the session, several citizens received immediate relief. Koel Sinha, a resident of Fultali, Kailashahar, who requires an urgent bone marrow transplant, received an assurance of financial assistance. Her father, a TSR jawan, had approached the Chief Minister, seeking help for the costly procedure.

Similarly, Biplab Das from AD Nagar, Agartala, requested help for his wife’s thalassemia treatment. The Chief Minister not only pledged medical aid but also instructed officials of the Scheduled Caste Welfare Department to extend financial support.

Another beneficiary, Ranbir Acharya from Palpara, Amtali, sought help for his daughter’s medical treatment. The Chief Minister immediately contacted GB Hospital’s Medical Superintendent and directed necessary action for her care.

Bishnupriya Sutradhar from South Joynagar requested financial assistance for her daughter, prompting the Chief Minister to instruct the Department of Social Welfare and Social Education to provide the necessary support.

Several others, including Partha Pratim Roy, Babulal Debnath, Sathi Rani Pal, Priyanka Bhattacharjee, and Kaberi Deb, received medical assistance after their cases were reviewed. The Chief Minister directed GB Hospital and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Cancer Hospital to take immediate action.

The session was attended by top government officials, including Dr. P.K. Chakraborty, Kiran Gitte, Tapas Roy, Dr. Vishal Kumar, Dr. Shankar Chakraborty, and S. Debbarma.
