The state government is working for development of people of all sections of the state. Different public welfare programs are being implemented in the state following the slogan of Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, said Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha after laying the foundation stone for 100-bedded ST Girl’s Hostel in Sabroom HS School recently.
The Chief Minister said, the state government is giving utmost priority to for improvement quality of living of the tribals. Comprehensive initiatives have been taken so that the facilities of government’s different schemes reach the tribals. The Chief Minister emphasizing upon further strengthening the relation between different communities in Tripura said, the present state BJP-IPFT government is working under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi so that Tripura gets recognized as one of the states in the forefront in the entire country. Urging everyone’s cooperation in this regard, the Chief Minister said, Tripura is now gaining admiration nationwide for its performance starting from education to other sectors. Different initiatives have been taken in education sector so that the students of the state could take part in national-level competitions.
The Chief Minister also laid foundation stone for Dhulian Academic Block building of Dhamma Dipa International Budhist University in Sabroom. After laying the foundation stone, he hoped the school to hold the tradition of Nalanda University and Takshila College. The Chief Minister also inaugurated a canteen by Geeta SHG in Sabroom Sub-Division Hospital and a Satellite Opiwave Substitution Centre.
