Chabimura Festival and Chakrakma Hangrai is going to be held in Chabimura on January 13, 2022 and January 14, 2022.
A preparatory meeting was held at Amarpur Dak Bungalow presided over by MLA Ranjit Das. Other dignitaries present in the meeting were Chairperson of Amarpur Nagar Panchayat Bikash Saha, Vice Chairman of Amarpur Nagar Panchayat Sankaranda Saha, Panchai of Jamatia Hoda Padma Charan Jamatia and Purna Mohan Jamatia, SDM Bijay Sinha and officials if the concerned departments.
It was decided in the meeting that Chabimura Festival will be held on January 13, 2022 in evening hours. Cultural programme will be held nightlong. The government will be arranging temporary shed houses, drinking water and lavatory facilities for the pilgrims. Governmental exhibition stalls shall be set up.
A core committee and 10 sub-committees were formed by MLA Ranjit Das and SDM Bijay Sinha for the successful conduction of the programme.
