Senior BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today interacted with the party workers of Tamil Nadu under Mera Booth Sabse Majboot Samvaad through the Namo App. During the interaction, Mr Modi said that a new atmosphere is emerging among the people of Tamil Nadu, and they are looking at the BJP and the NDA with hope for change in the state. The Prime Minister said that a major step has been taken towards fulfilling the dreams of the middle class. He said a significant transformation has been witnessed in the healthcare sector. 
 
Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah today emphasised making infiltration-free Bengal and appealed to the people of West Bengal to vote for the BJP in the upcoming Assembly election. Addressing a public rally at Raniganj in the Paschim Bardhaman district, he alleged that the ruling Trinamool Congress under Mamata Banerjee has not provided 600 acres of land for the erection of barbed wire fencing to thwart infiltration. Amit Shah said that if voted to power, lands would be handed over to the BSF. 
 
On the other hand, Trinamool Congress supremo and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee strongly criticised the BJP for the deletion of names under SIR in West Bengal. 
 
DMK MP Kanimozhi Karunanidhi today campaigned in the Tirunelveli constituency, urging voters to support the party’s developmental agenda. During her speech, Kanimozhi pointed to welfare schemes targeting women, students, and farmers, stating that these initiatives have brought tangible benefits across Tamil Nadu and would be expanded further if the party were voted to power again.
