The cabinet has greenlit the recruitment process to fill 226 vacant positions of Junior Physical Instructor under the Youth Affairs and Sports department, announced Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury on Tuesday. The decision aims to bolster staffing in key areas of sports and youth development.
Chowdhury further disclosed that the cabinet had previously granted in-principal approval for allocating land to Cachar Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, Silchar, facilitating the establishment of a cancer hospital.
The designated land, located in Huruakandi Mouja of Dharmanagar in North Tripura district, signifies a significant step towards enhancing healthcare infrastructure in the region.
