BJP legislator A John Kumar appointed as Minister in Puducherry

BJP legislator A. John Kumar has been appointed as a Minister in the Puducherry Union territory cabinet headed by Chief Minister N. Rangasamy.
 
He replaces A.K. Sai J. Saravanan Kumar, who recently resigned from the Cabinet.
 
Mr. John Kumar represents the Kamaraj Nagar constituency of the Union territory.
 
In a separate order, the Ministry of Home affairs nominated V. Selvam, E. Theeppainthan, and G.N.S. Rajasekaran as Members of the Legislative Assembly of Puducherry.
