In Assam, 50 thousand Divyangas were administered COVID 19 vaccines. Talking to AIR, Director of Social Welfare department Bibhash Modi said that target of vaccinating 50 thousand Divyangas have been completed.
Mr. Modi despite completing the target in stipulated time, vaccination for the differently abled are being going on. He said that several organizations extended support to Assam government in its effort to vaccinate Divyangas.
