Major Asian stock markets ended mixed today. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index surged over 2.1 percent, Shanghai Composite Index gained around half per cent and Singapore’s Straits Times Index ended 0.1 per cent up. On the other hand, South Korea’s Kospi Index dipped over 1.3 per cent and Japan’s Nikkei 225 declined more than 1.2 per cent.
Major European indices were trading in positive territory today. Germany’s DAX increased 0.4 per cent, London’s FTSE 100 added around 0.1 per cent while France CAC 40 was trading nearly flat, when reports last came in.
