In Women’s Cricket, India defeated Bangladesh by eight runs in the second T20 International at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka today. Chasing a target of 96 runs, Bangladesh were bowled out for 87 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. Earlier, opting to bat, the Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian side posted 95 for 8 in their innings.
India defeated Bangladesh by seven wickets in the first T20 International at the same venue.
The third and final match of the series will be played on Thursday.
