Strong academic performance has once again brought recognition to Kumarghat Holy Cross School, as students delivered remarkable results in the CBSE Secondary Examinations declared on April 15. A total of 81 students from the school appeared for the examinations this year, with the results showcasing impressive achievements across multiple performance levels. According to senior teacher Tapan Ghosh, 12 students secured scores above 90 percent, demonstrating outstanding academic ability. Additionally, 42 students scored above 80 percent, indicating a high overall success rate among the candidates.
In terms of divisions, 28 students achieved First Division, while 8 secured Second Division, further highlighting the institution’s strong academic standards. Among the top achievements, two students stood out by scoring a perfect 100 in Social Science and Information Technology, marking a significant milestone for the school.
The principal, Francis Devier, expressed appreciation for the collective efforts of students, parents, and faculty members. He emphasized that such results are the outcome of consistent hard work, discipline, and a supportive learning environment.
