In Pakistan, four people were killed and 28 injured after heavy rains and storms caused widespread destruction across Punjab province in the past 24 hours. Rescue officials confirmed reports of Roof and wall collapses in multiple districts.
Two children died in Tandlianwala, while fatalities were also recorded in Nankana Sahib and Kasur. Injuries occurred in Sheikhupura and Lahore due to collapsing structures.
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority reported record rainfall and warned of continued showers across northern and central Punjab. Authorities have issued high alerts to local administrations.
