Bidisha Majumder, a teacher from Hariananda English Medium Higher Secondary School in Tripura’s Gomati district, has been selected for the prestigious National Teachers’ Award.
The award ceremony is scheduled to be held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on September 5 to mark Teacher’s Day.
Tripura’s Bidisha Majumder among 45 selected teachers from across the country will get a certificate of merit, a cash award of Rs. 50,000 and a silver medal.
President Droupadi Murmu will confer the awards to the selected teachers on September 5 on the occasion.
Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha in his social media hanfle heartily congratulated Bidisha for her achievements. He said : Heartiest congratulations to Smt.
