India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued red alert for heavy to very heavy rainfall over Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh for the next two days. The IMD also forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall over East India till 16th of July. Similar weather conditions are expected over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh till Wednesday.
Meanwhile, heavy rainfall accompanied by dust storms lashed parts of Delhi-NCR this evening, bringing respite from humid weather.
