Out of seven multi-party delegations carrying the message of India’s principled and resolute stand against terrorism, five delegations have now returned to India after concluding their successful visit to respective countries. During the visit, the delegations engaged with foreign leaders, senior officials, influential think tanks, media, and the Indian diaspora as part of their international outreach. The high-level multi-party delegation led by NCP (SCP) MP Supriya Sule thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi after returning to India today following the successful visit to four nations. In a social media post, Ms Sule said, the country stand united in the fight against all forms of terrorism and in its resolve to safeguard the rights and dignity of every Indian citizen. BJP MP and all-party delegation member, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, who was also the part of this delegation, said that the countries they visited expressed their commitment in the fight against terrorism.The members of All-Party Parliamentary Delegation led by BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad held interaction with leading Brussels-based think tanks. The delegation had a wide-ranging discussion on the menace of terrorism including cross-border terrorism directed against India. They discussed India’s counter-terrorism efforts including Operation Sindoor with members of think tank community in Brussels. The Delegation conveyed a unified and unequivocal message of zero tolerance against terrorism. The delegation also engaged with members of the Indian diaspora in Belgium, underscoring India’s unwavering commitment to combating cross-border terrorism.In the last leg of its tour, the all party delegation led by Congress MP Dr Shashi Tharoor reached Washington DC to meet members of the US Congress and administration, think tanks, media and policymakers. The delegation will brief them on Operation Sindoor and India’s strong stand against terrorism.
