In a significant step towards promoting yoga as a way of life, a large-scale yoga session was held at the historic Chandragiri Fort in Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh as part of the ongoing Yog Andhra 2025 campaign launched by the State Government. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of nearly three thousand people, including officials, students, youth, and women, who performed asanas in unison.As part of the campaign, the district has already registered over eight lakh participants, and efforts are being made to conduct yoga programs in every secretariat and village across the district. The campaign will culminate in a massive yoga gathering in Visakhapatnam on June 21, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to lead the International Yoga Day celebrations.
