EdIndia Foundation (EdIndia) has entered into a partnership with the Directorate of Secondary Education (DSE) in Tripura, under its Project Nirnay, to provide technical support in integrating data analytics in the state’s prestigious ‘Vidyajyoti Schools’ related project. This project strives to create an institution of such excellence, where holistic development of the child is ensured.
Under this project, funded by IndiGrid Trust, EdIndia will work with DSE stakeholders including administrators, supervisory staff and school teachers under Tripura State Education Department to create awareness about the utilization of data in decision-making. This will include designing progress-based incentive structure and customized vernacular recommendation system for all 100 schools under the initiative. The scope of the partnership will also include potential support in other initiatives for inculcating data-driven decision-making culture within the education system.
Underlining the need for data analytics, Ms. Chandni Chandran (Director, DSE) said, “Vidyajyoti Schools under Mission 100 aims to provide high quality education with conducive atmosphere and I am sure that with support of Nirnay platform we will be able to monitor and execute it effectively.”
Sonakshi Agarwal, (Founder, EdIndia) appreciated the mandate and faith and said, “I am looking forward to Nirnay adding value to this valuable project by organizing and simplifying data for easier understanding and utilization by the stakeholders.”
