In Tripura two blocks of North Tripura district have achieved 100 percent vaccination (double dose) of all eligible people, said Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb.
The Chief Minister whilesharing the information in his social media platforms also lauded the efforts made by the healthcare staff and officials for this success.
“Following Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s motto of #sabkovaccinemuftvaccine, All 19 GP of Kadamtala Block # North Tripura District have attained 100 percent Covid Vaccination of Both Doses for all eligible Beneficiaries. Grateful to all the concerned healthcare staff,” Deb wrote on his official Facebook handle.
In a separate update, Deb wrote, “All 36 GP & ADC of Kalachara Block achieves 100 percent vaccination against COVID. Congratulations to all concerned healthcare staff & authorities on this achievement. Much gratitude to hon PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji for providing all the logistical support from the centre govt.”
As many as 46,81,643 doses were administered in the state as on December 25 last. The figure included 25,67,161 first dose and 21,14,482 second dose.
Meanwhile Ashrampara Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC) in West Tripura district has obtained the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certificate. The UPHC underwent assessment by the empanelled external Assessors on October 7-8 last.
“… the overall score of UPHC Ashrampara, Agartala in the State of Tripura is 94.4 percent …. Hence UPHC Ashrampara, Agartala Tripura is granted Quality Certificatification”, Additional Secretary and Mission Director, National Health Mission- Vikas Sheel wrote in a letter addressed to Principal Secretary (Health) of Tripura- J.K. Sinha.
The Chief Minister hailed the achievement and wrote on Facebook, “Happy to inform that Ashrampara UPHC has received National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification. Congratulations to all the concerned healthcare staffs for their commendable job. We are committed to provide world class health facilities to 37 lakh people of Tripura.”
