Yoga practice held a week ahead of IYD 2025 to raise awareness on ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health’ –

In Nepal, People gathered in the Krishna Temple of Patan Durbar, a UNESCO Heritage site in Lalitpur, to perform Yoga a week before International Yoga Day. Children, women, the elderly and youth all enthusiastically participated in a Yoga practice session following guidelines from a Yoga Guru.
 
The Embassy of India organised the Yoga session in the iconic location to generate awareness on the theme Yoga for One Earth, One Health.
 
The deputy mayor of Lalitpur, Manjali Shakya Bajracharya, and Nepali film actors Haribansh Acharya and Nikhil Upreti also practised along with others, encouraging people to inculcate the habit of practising Yoga in their lives.
