World record of twenty thousand times of continuous Surya Namaskar –

A resident of Faridpur village of Hisar district, Mr Sandeep Arya, has made a world record by doing Surya Namaskar twenty thousand times continuously in Modhera of Gujarat. His name has been recorded in the America Book and London Book of Records. Sandeep has been practising Surya Namaskar for the last fifteen years. He has made six world records so far. He has also been honoured by the Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya. He told that his first world record was of doing 5000 Surya Namaskars continuously.
