West Bengal Governor Dr. CV Ananda Bose has instructed Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to communicate to Raj Bhavan all decisions of the state cabinet, as mandated under Article 167(c) of the Constitution.
According to a statement issued from the office of the Governor, under the provisions of Article 167, it is the duty of the Chief Minister to furnish to the Governor all decisions of the council of ministers relating to the administration of the affairs of the state and proposals for legislation.
