Indian teams head coach Gautam Gambhir, whose stint will begin with the upcoming series against Sri Lanka, said his relationship with star batsman Virat Kohli is like the one shared between two matured individuals.
He said both of them are on the same page as far as achieving goals and success for the national team.

What kind of relationship do I share with Virat Kohli, I think it is between two mature individuals, he said.
On the field, everyone has got the right to fight for their own team, for their own jersey, and want to come back in a winning dressing room. But, at the moment, I think you are representing India and representing 140 crore Indians and I am sure we are going to be on the same page and try and make India proud, he said.
Gambhir and Kohli had made it to headlines in 2013 when they exchanged barbs during an IPL clash.
Gambhir was the skipper of the Kolkata squad at that time.
Gambhir stepped into the shoes of Rahul Dravid under whose mentorship India won the T20 World Cup recently by beating South Africa in a last-over thriller.
