UP Speeds Up First Phase of Special Intensive Revision; Action Taken Against Negligent BLOs

 
In Uttar Pradesh, the first phase of the special intensive revision SIR is being completed rapidly across the state. Former Union Minister Kalraj Mishra attended a program organised at the SIR in Greater Noida. In Shravasti, five BLOs have been suspended for negligence in the SIR procedure, and action has been taken against several others. The Shravasti District Election Officer, Ashwini Pandey, said that BLOs who completed their work on time are also being honoured.
 
 
Meanwhile, in Varanasi, District Election Officer Satyendra Kumar inspected several booths and reviewed the progress of the campaign.
