Prisoners of the Unnao district jail of Uttar Pradesh were given a holy bath after water was brought from the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj at the prison complex. The holy water of Triveni Sangam was mixed in the water tank at the prison to give the prisoners a holy bath.
According to prison authorities, during the bath, a spiritual atmosphere was created in the jail, with prisoners chanting prayers. Many prisoners called it a memorable moment of their lives and expressed gratitude to the jail administration.
