As part of the ongoing Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will meet farmers in Tigipur, Bakhtawarpur, and North Delhi tomorrow. During the visit, he will also interact with farmers through Kisan Chaupal. The Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Ujwa, and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, will also participate in the event.
The Minister will also observe the use of agricultural drones in farming technology. The primary objective of this campaign is to provide farmers with accurate information about the latest agricultural technologies, research developments, and government schemes.
This 15-day mega campaign began last month and will conclude on 12th of this month. So far, the Agriculture Minister has interacted with farmers in Odisha, Jammu, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana.
