Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia has unveiled Innovate to Transform as the Theme for 9th Edition of India Mobile Congress.
 
This year’s theme highlights the pivotal role of innovation in shaping the future and enabling real, transformative change across sectors, from industry and infrastructure to society and sustainability.
 
Addressing the gathering yesterday, the Minister said that India today is leading the revolution in the telecommunications space. He asserted that the country has never waited for the future to arrive but has always shaped it.
 
 
He said that the government has built one of the most robust telecommunication networks and systems across the world which is cutting edge, customer oriented and service-oriented.
 
Highlighting the theme, the Minister said that the journey of transformation has been India’s compass. Mr Scindia said that India is among the top six countries today that are filing for 6G patents.
 
The Minister also launched the Sanchar Mitra Scheme which aims to empower a wider youth network to act as digital ambassadors, further strengthening the connection between the telecom ecosystem and the citizens.
 
India Mobile Congress will be held from 8th to 11th October 2025 in New Delhi.
 
This year’s edition promises to build on the legacy of its predecessors by fostering collaboration, showcasing cutting-edge advancements, and addressing the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
