Fueler has reached 1,40,000 registered members, becoming Tripura’s first tech startup to achieve the milestone. Founded by Riten Debnath in Agartala, the platform is transforming career building through proof of work, portfolios, projects and opportunities for students and professionals.

Fueler, a technology startup founded in Tripura, has achieved a significant milestone by reaching 1,40,000 registered members, emerging as the state’s first tech startup to cross the landmark figure. Founded by Agartala-based entrepreneur Riten Debnath, Fueler’s growing community reflects a changing approach to career development, with increasing emphasis on demonstrable skills and proof of work rather than conventional résumés alone.

Fueler is a professional platform that enables students, creators, freelancers and early-career professionals to build portfolios based on the work they have actually completed. Members can showcase projects, internships, campaigns, freelance assignments, case studies and personal initiatives, allowing them to present their skills and capabilities in a structured and credible manner.

According to founder Riten Debnath, the platform’s growth represents a broader shift in the way people are building their careers. Instead of depending entirely on traditional résumés and academic credentials, professionals are increasingly using their actual work and accomplishments to demonstrate what they can do.

Fueler has developed a diverse community comprising students, creators, freelancers, designers, marketers and other early-career professionals. By helping members document and organise their work, the platform aims to make skilled talent more visible to companies, startups, agencies and other organisations looking for capable professionals.

Beyond portfolio building, Fueler has also established collaborations with prominent organisations and creators across India’s startup and creator ecosystem. These partnerships help organisations identify motivated and skilled talent while providing Fueler’s community members with access to real-world projects, professional opportunities and practical exposure.

The company has worked with several recognised names, including GrowthX, Growth School, LEAP, Scaler, Flexiple, Buzzlab, Inagiffy, Owled, Topmate and FinFloww, among others. Fueler has also collaborated with creators such as Ansh Mehra, Vaibhav Sisinty, Sindu Biswal and Ishan Sharma, along with several other creators in India.

The platform’s community members are also building careers across organisations such as Microsoft, PayPal, GitLab, YourStory, Scaler, Cautio, Ugaoo, HackerRank and AppsForBharat, highlighting the professional reach of the community and the opportunities available through a work-focused approach to career development.

Fueler’s milestone also carries significance for Tripura’s emerging startup ecosystem. The company’s journey from Agartala to a community of 1,40,000 registered members demonstrates that technology-driven businesses and professional communities can grow beyond India’s traditional startup hubs.

“Talent is everywhere. Opportunity, however, is often unevenly distributed,” Debnath said, underlining the idea behind Fueler’s platform and its focus on making skills and professional work more accessible and discoverable.

With its community now standing at 1,40,000 registered members, Fueler believes the milestone signals strong demand for a career ecosystem centred on practical skills, portfolios and proof of work.

“From Tripura to the 1,40,000 members milestone, Fueler’s story is only getting started,” Debnath added.

The achievement places Fueler among the growing technology ventures demonstrating Tripura’s potential to produce startups with a national reach and large digital communities.
