Dr. Biswendu Bhattacharya, a distinguished journalist from Tripura, is set to participate in the 29th World Climate Conference held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Representing Northeast India, Dr. Bhattacharya is an invited journalist to this globally significant event, where nearly 200 countries, including India and the United States, will convene. The United Nations-organized conference will begin on November 11 and extend through November 22.
