The Ministry of Tourism and IndiGo have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration to promote Incredible India Initiative. In a social media post, Union Culture and Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that India has an extraordinary tourism story to tell, and under this partnership both the Government and IndiGo together are we are taking it to the world. He noted that the MoU marks the beginning of Incredible India by IndiGo, a strategic partnership that will leverage IndiGo’s extensive global network to showcase country’s unparalleled cultural, spiritual, natural and wellness destinations to millions of travelers worldwide.
Mr Shekhawat underlined that this collaboration is another step towards strengthening Brand India and making the nation a preferred global tourism destination under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
