LBSNAA Welcomes New Director: Sriram Taranikanti, a 1992-batch IAS officer from the Tripura cadre, has assumed the post of Director at the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). He will serve in the rank and pay of a Union Secretary, taking over from Mr. Katikithala Srinivas, a 1989-batch IAS officer from the Gujarat cadre.

Shashi Ranjan Kumar Appointed UPSC Secretary: In another noteworthy development, Shashi Ranjan Kumar, also a 1992-batch IAS officer from the Tripura cadre, has been appointed as the Secretary in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
