In Madhya Pradesh, four persons lost their lives while 16 others were injured after a ceiling slab of an under-construction portion of a Cement factory’s plant collapsed in the Panna district today.
Panna SP Sai Krishna S Thota informed that injured persons have been admitted to the government hospital for treatment.
The cement plant management will provide 18 lakh rupees compensation each to the families of the deceased along with 4 lakh rupees insurance. Apart from this, fifty thousand each is also being provided to the families of the deceased as funeral assistance.
Along with this, the management will give one lakh rupees each to the injured, besides covering their treatment and transportation expenses and salary during the treatment period.
Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav instructed the officials to extend all possible to the affected families.
