On the occasion of World Translation Day, Jawahar Lal Nehru University-JNU organised a lecture on Role of Translation to Protect the Cultural Heritage.

The primary focus of the event was to make people aware of conserving literature heritage of the world. Addressing the event, Department of Indian Language Centre JNU, Translation Centre’s Professor Gangasahay Meena said that the Translation is the bridge between language, culture and society. He added that it works on no one left principle and helps to connect people of different regions.
