Central government has approved Rs 97.70 crore for the construction of replica of 51 Shakti Pithas at Banduar in Udaipur. The Union Ministry of Tourism approved the project after the proposal was sent by the state Tourism Department to New Delhi.
Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury while expressing gratitude to Prime Minister , Chief Minister and others concerned in a his social media handle said, the temple town of Banduar in Udaipur will now become one of the focal points of tourist attraction in the next few years.
