The much-awaited final trailer of Ajay Devgns upcoming film Maidaan was revealed on Tuesday on YouTube by Zed Music on the actors birthday.

Directed by Amit Sharma, Maidaan is a biopic of Syed Abdul Rahim, affectionately known as Rahim Saab, an iconic figure in Indian football history. Rahim served as the coach and manager of the India national football team from 1950 to 1963, leaving an indelible mark on the sport in the country.

Rahim Saab is hailed as the mastermind behind the modernization of Indian football, elevating the team to new heights during his tenure.

His leadership saw Indias national team flourish with remarkable technical prowess and innovative tactics, earning them the moniker Brazil of Asia.

Under his guidance, the team clinched gold medals in the Asian Games, reached the semi-finals of the Summer Olympics, secured Colombo Cup titles, and finished as runners-up in the Pestabola Merdeka.
