The Airport Director officially inaugurated the Aviation Security Culture Week at a ceremony held at the Departure terminal. The event featured a concise address highlighting the vital role of airport security in ensuring aviation safety. Attendees included personnel from AAI, CISF, various airlines, and other key stakeholders.
Running from August 5 to 11, the week-long initiative, themed "See it, Say it, Secure it!" aims to boost awareness and encourage proactive reporting to enhance security measures. The message has been widely disseminated through passenger trolleys, informational flyers, and designated selfie spots across the airport.
By emphasizing vigilance and active participation, the Aviation Security Culture Week seeks to foster a collective effort in maintaining high security standards and safeguarding passengers and staff alike.
