Telangana State High Court, today, granted conditional bail to Karnataka former Minister and Mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy and three others. It also suspended the 7-year imprisonment sentence by a CBI special court last month. Three other convicts include V. D. Raj Gopal, B.V. Sreenivasa Reddy and K. Mehfuz Ali Khan, have been granted bail. The CBI special court in Hyderabad, earlier, found Janardhan Reddy and the three accused guilty in the illegal mining case relating to Obulapurama Mining Company. The High Court asked these accused not to travel abroad and fulfil a personal bond of 10 lakh rupees each, besides not to interfere in the judicial process.
