Education Minister RatanLalNath sought the cooperation of people from all sections of the society to make Prati Ghare Sushason campaignsuccessful. This campaign is going on to ensure outreach ofdifferentschemes and services of the government to the people of all sections of the society. It should be ensured that the services reach everyone. He suggested planting saplings along with distribution of saplings to ensure participation of everyone in the area in every camp.
Mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Deepak Majumdar, West Tripura District Magistrate Debapriya Bardhan along with the chairmen of different Panchayat of West Tripura, BDOs and officials of different departments were present in the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the different development programmes implemented in this campaign along with showing a documentary film of the Prati Ghare Sushason campaign. During the review meeting, the mayor of Agartala Municipal Corporation Deepak Majumdar said in the meeting that on October 17, 18 and 19 Prati Ghare Sushasoncamp was held in 51 wards of Agartala Municipal Corporation. In these camps, 2,686 people were given different administrative services. According to the information provided by nine blocks of the district in the meeting, it is known that 14, 328 people have been given different administrative services so far through Prati Ghare Sushasoncamp in different gram panchayats, nagar panchayats, ADC villages of the blocks. A total of 18, 755 families of the district were benefited through the overall scheme of different departments. In the meeting, Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Mohanpur Sub-DivisionAniruddha Roy said that 3200 different certificates have been given so far in Mohanpur Sub-Division through this programme. As part of this campaign, 5 poor families of each ward of Mohanpur Municipal Council will be given assistance in rearing ducks and roosters and 2 families will be given spray machines.
In the meeting, the officials of the departments of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Horticulture and Soil Conservation, Animal Resource Development, Social Welfare and Social Education, Forests etc. also discussed the progress of their respective departments’Prati Ghare Sushason campaign in the district.
