India has sent machinery valued at one million US dollars to Suriname as a component of its development partnership aimed at fostering the growth of the nation’s Passion fruit industry.
In a social media post, Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that the initiative is to bolster the India-Suriname development partnership.
