Star Shuttlers Advance in 87th Senior National Badminton Championships in Vijayawad

In the 87th Senior National Badminton Championships, star shuttlers Unnati Hooda, Tanvi Sharma, Rounak Chauhan and Sanskar Saraswat registered convincing wins to advance in the tournament in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, yesterday. Top seed Unnati defeated wildcard entrant Akanksha Matte 21-8, 21-18. Tanvi began her campaign with a 21-10, 21-14 win over Shaina Manimuthu. In the Men’s Singles category, Guwahati Masters Super 100 champion Sanskar began his campaign with a dominant 21-11, 21-13 win over Shikhar Rallan.
