Must Read

The Staff Selection Commission today reiterated that the commission is committed to conducting fair and transparent exams. Briefing media in New Delhi today, SSC chairman S. Gopalkrishnan highlighted that the Commission has taken a series of steps to rectify the technical glitches and malpractices.

He said that Aadhar authentication is being leveraged for the first time since July this year to ascertain the right identity of the examinee. He added, it helped to control repeated attempts by candidates to appear in multiple sessions.

Talking about duplication of questions in the exams, the chairman said that the responsibility for questions has been unbundled and given to other selected agencies. He also added that strict actions will be taken against the agencies that failed to provide standard services.

On the Combined Graduate level Examination, which was postponed, the commission has said that the examination will be held from mid-September onwards.
