
In a remarkable achievement, three skilled youths from Tripura, trained under the Skill Development program in Delhi, have been appointed in the field of Nursing in Japan. Deeptanu Sarkar (Dhaleswar), Tanya Das (Konaban), and Rishma Shil (Dhalai) successfully completed their B.Sc Nursing from Tripura Medical College before undergoing a nine-month training program to learn Japanese language in Delhi. The training was facilitated by the National Skill Development Corporation and funded by the North Eastern Zone Council.
The trio, now proficient in Japanese, visited the Chief Minister’s official residence in Agartala on Wednesday, where they paid a courtesy call to the Chief Minister. During the meeting, the Chief Minister extended his congratulations and best wishes to the accomplished youths.
What makes their achievement even more noteworthy is the lucrative employment opportunities they have secured in Japan, each earning a monthly salary of over Rs 1 lakh in Indian currency. Diptanu Sarkar from Dhaleshwar, Tania Das from Konaban, and Rishma Shil from Chawmanu have not only brought pride to themselves but also to the state of Tripura.
Chief Minister Dr. [Chief Minister’s Full Name] took to Facebook to express his joy, stating, “The youth of our state are getting employment opportunities at the international level by training in a skill development project in the direction of building a developed India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.” He further emphasized that their success is a source of inspiration for the youth of the state.
Diptanu Sarkar, Tania Das, and Rishma Shil embarked on their journey towards success on November 29, 2022, when they began their Japanese language training in Delhi. Their accomplishments highlight the potential for international career opportunities through skill development initiatives, contributing to the vision of a developed India.
