In the World Para Championships, Simran Sharma continues her blazing form, winning a Bronze medal in the Women’s 200m T12 Final today. With her blistering run of 24.46 seconds, she snatched the third-placed finish today, right behind Colombia’s Perez Lopez and Brazil’s Barros Da Silva.
This marks Simran’s second medal of the World Para Athletics C’ships, following her Silver medal finish in the Women’s 100m T12 Final. With this, India’s total medal tally has gone up to 19 now.
