Sensex, Nifty End Marginally Lower in Range-Bound Trade

Benchmark domestic equity indices, Sensex and Nifty, ended marginally lower in the range-bound market today. The Sensex lost 97 points, to close at 80 thousand and 268, while Nifty decreased 24 points, to settle at 24 thousand 611. The broader market indices at the Bombay Stock Exchange closed flat. The Mid-Cap index as well as the Small-Cap index almost unchanged.
