Senior congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said that there is a severe problem of drugs in Punjab and it is increasing also.
Addressing an election rally in Ludhiana today, he emphasized the need to take strict action on this issue. He promised farmers to implement MSP and said that the loans of the farmers will also be waived off. Congress leader said that by this election he is fighting to save the constitution.
