In the recently declared results on Monday of Tripura Forest Service Gr-II (Group – A) Gazetted, Out of six successful candidates five students have achieved success with top ranks from School of Science. All the five successful candidates underwent training programme for the Personality Test through regular Mock Exam either for TCS/TPS Gr-II or TFS Gr-II Examination – 2021-22.
Anurag Chakraborty, who stood first in TFS Gr-II Exam, was a student of NIT, Agartala from where he completed his B.Tech, further he did his M.Tech from IIT, Guwahati. He hails from Kailashahar, Unakoti District.
Second position is achieved by Sushmita Das who hails from Agartala. She completed her M.Sc degree in Zoology from Tripura University.
Nabarun Chandra Dey stood third in the above Exam. He is from Kunjaban, Agartala. He completed his B.Tech & M.Tech from NIT, Agartala.
The fourth position is achieved by Abinash Bhil who hails from Bamutia, Lefunga.
The sixth position is achieved by Subham Das of Dharmanagar.
He is also a former student of NIT, Agartala, and completed his B.Tech from there.
During the year 2007-2008 Sixteen students from this institution got qualified in TFS Gr-II Examination. Krishna Gopal Roy, Anjan Sen & Pausali Roy stood first, second & third respectively. With this result the total no of successful candidates from SCHOOL OF SCIENCE, in TFS GrII Examination so far has gone upto Twenty-one (21). Already the total no of successful candidates in TCS/TPS Gr-II Examination from this institution is 184.
