The Russian Federal Security Service has prevented terrorist attacks on Jewish religious sites in the Krasnoyarsk and Stavropol territories in Russia. According to the Federal Security Service, two individuals were detained as they were preparing to detonate an improvised explosive device. A Russian citizen was also detained for planning to set fire to a building of the Jewish religious community. The attacks were planned under the pretext of protecting the interests of Palestinian citizens affected by the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
