The Ranji trophy final match between Kerela and Vidharbha is underway in in Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur.
On Day 1 Kerala’s bowlers made a strong start leaving Vidarbha at 81 for three at lunch. MD Nidheesh took two wickets, and Eden Apple Tom claimed one as Vidarbha found themselves in early trouble at 24 for three.
Nidheesh dismissed Parth Rekhade with a successful review for lbw. Darshan Nalkande fell to Nidheesh after a poor shot, and Tom removed Dhruv Shorey (16) with a caught-behind. Danish Malewar (38*) and Karun Nair (24*) steadied Vidarbha’s innings with a 57-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
