Rajya Sabha Adjourned Till 2 PM Amid Opposition Uproar Over Electoral Roll Revision in Bihar

Rajya Sabha has been adjourned till 2:00 PM following opposition parties’ uproar over various issues, including the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll in Bihar. When the Rajya Sabha assembled at 11:00 AM, Deputy Chairman Harivansh said that he had received 20 adjournment notices from different political parties relating to various issues, but the notices were rejected, citing the ruling. Following this, the opposition members started sloganeering.
 
 
 
Harivansh tried to run Zero Hour and urged the opposition members to allow the House to function, but the opposition members continued with their protest. As the pandemonium continued, the Deputy Chairman adjourned the House till 2:00 PM.
