Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw will inaugurate today a passenger train service – Purulia – Bankura – Howrah from Santragachi railway station of Howrah district virtually. He will also inspect the progress under Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Later in the day, the Minister will attend a programme on Laghu Udyog Bharati Entrepreneur Summit at Bhasha Bhawan of National Library, Kolkata.
